Today’s the first HOH competition of the fall and it’ll also be the first competition of many that’ll be shown to all the live feeders watching at home.
The main selling point of this season is that all competitions will be shown on the live feeds as they happen, which means that today is the first day that we’re going to see what that’s like. While we have seems competitions on the live feeds before, those were typically endurance competitions and this is the first we’re going to see as of the not-so-extravagant competition sets.
The second round of the final HOH competition came last night in the form of a surprise just before midnight after everyone had already headed to bed.
Being that Paul won round one, it would only be James and Nicole competing in the competition. The winner would move on to face Paul in round three on finale night. The loser of round two will completely be at the mercy of the two who do get to compete in the third round, as the winner of the first and second round will be the only two in contention to choose who they get to take to the final two if they win the third and final competition.
The last week of Big Brother 18 is being kicked off with the first of three HOH competitions. The final HOH is unlike any of the previous HOHs this summer.
James, Nicole, and Paul will be competing to earn the ability to choose who they’re going to take to the final two. The winner of tonight’s HOH will get to sit out of the second round, while they wait for the winner in the third round. Whomever wins the third round is the one that gets to choose who they’re taking to the final two with them, with the odd man out being the final member of the jury.
We’re down to the final four, which means that whoever does end up this week will be obtaining no power other than being safe for the week, as the veto winner is the one controls everything.
If Nicole wants to keep her streak of going not being nominated going, she’ll have no choice but to win this competition, otherwise she’s likely to be put up by both James and Paul. Going into this HOH, James and Paul seemed to be in agreement together, as they both knew that Corey and Nicole were never take either of them to the final two if they were left in the house together.
Tonight’s HOH competition kicks off the ‘Fast Forward’ week that’ll get us down to the final three come Wednesday. The first HOH of the week will nominate two they wouldn’t mind seeing go out in fifth place.
With Natalie’s eviction, that leaves only Corey, James, Nicole, Paul, and Victor left. While Corey, Nicole, Paul, and Victor did have a final four deal, Corey and Nicole seem to have strayed off and are wanting to work with James moving forward, someone they know could have their back instead of their main alliance member they’ve been working with since the beginning.
