Today’s veto ceremony will give us our final nominees for the week, though the actual target will still be in the dark as to who is actually going home.
Christmas nominated Alex and Jason for eviction this week under the guise of Kevin being the actual target. Christmas had originally wanted Raven to win the veto to keep the nominations the same, but that plan changed once Paul ended up winning. Instead of making it clear that one of that duo is going home, they’ve instead opted to blindside them at eviction.
Paul used the veto on Alex. Christmas nominated Kevin as the replacement nominee. Jason is still the main target and will most likely be going home, but Alex and Jason both don’t know that. Kevin tried warning Jason earlier in the week, but his advice wasn’t heeded. This is Kevin’s first time on the block, with is surely to lead to plenty of paranoia.
Regardless of how paranoid Kevin ends up getting, it’s very unlikely that they keep Jason in the house, which would be leaving the strongest duo of the season in the house when it comes to competition wins. Now that we’re down to the final seven, moves are going to have to be made and lines have to be drawn.
The plan is for Paul to split the votes, forcing Christmas to break the tie to evict Jason. This leaves Paul in the good graces of Alex, but exposes Christmas and Josh as the two who Alex thought were on her side, but instead evicted her ride or die. While this might seem like an obviously bad idea to the viewers from Christmas’ perspective, Christmas is on board with it and actually excited for it. However, Josh has voiced his unhappiness, but no longer has much of a choice but to go along with it.
