We thought going into today that it was going to be a rather clear cut week, with the final nail already being in Cody’s coffin, but the more Alex has had to do her punishment, the more she has started to resent Elena, so we’re likely to hear a lot of game talk on that today and plans for next week.
11:25 AM BBT: Kevin asked Jason who they’re going to put up after Cody. Kevin added that Cody keeps asking him and he keeps having to tell Cody that he’s going home. Jason didn’t have an answer, so Kevin went on, telling him that Mark said that he got into the group of people at the beginning. Kevin said that they should get Mark and Elena out next. Jason agreed.
12:15 PM BBT: Alex told Jason about Cody coming to campaign to late last night. Alex said that she told Cody that she’s not going to throw away Jason’s game to save Cody. Alex added that she told Cody that she’d like to send Elena home, but that isn’t up to her because she doesn’t have a vote.
12:20 PM BBT: Paul told Christmas that Kevin is up to some shady things, bringing up the deal that Kevin tried making for them with Cody and how he included different people in that deal without telling them. Christmas said that Elena can’t stay in the house longer than Kevin, but Paul said that Kevin is the one who has been stirring the pot, explaining that it was Kevin’s idea to throw a hinky vote to Jessica.
12:30 PM BBT: Alex and Jason asked Josh if Kevin tried to rally votes for Cody. Josh said that Kevin said that Cody asked him, but Kevin said no. Jason said that they don’t have to worry about Kevin, even if he is acting weird. Josh agreed, saying that even though Kevin has barely spoken any game to him, he doesn’t think Kevin would turn on them.
12:35 PM BBT: Elena told Mark that she’s at a point in her game where she wants to say screw it and see what happens when she really stirs the pot. Mark said that there is no way that Cody is staying in the game. Mark told Elena that they need to have a serious discussion with Matt and Raven to ensure that those two are with them.
12:45 PM BBT: Alex told Christmas, Kevin, Matt, and Paul that if Elena doesn’t want to be here so much to the point where she’ll take a small amount of money over the veto, she should leave. Alex said that Elena tries playing the victim, when in reality her family is loaded.
1:25 PM BBT: Mark asked Matt how he feels about things whenever Cody leaves. Matt said that he has no idea what’s going to happen. Matt asked Mark what he’s thinking. Mark said that the group upstairs, Kevin, Paul, Jason, and Alex, Christmas, and Josh, scares him since they’re always together. Mark added that he wanted Matt to know that he would never go after him or Raven. Matt said that he wouldn’t go after them either. Mark told Matt that their only chance at longevity in the game is going after the people upstairs, explaining that it’ll be either him, Elena, Matt or Raven who will be turned on after Cody is gone.
1:45 PM BBT: Kevin told Paul that Cody asked him about the vote again last night. Paul asked why Cody keeps coming to him, to which Kevin said it’s because nobody else will talk to him. Kevin said that he told Cody that there isn’t a chance, then said that they’ll just have to wait and see what happens with Matt’s veto. Paul said that if Matt doesn’t use the veto, he knows that he would go home.
2:20 PM BBT: Matt told Raven that Mark said that he’s worried about Christmas, Josh, Jason, Alex, Paul, and Kevin. Raven asked if Mark said he’s not coming after the two of them, to which Matt said yes. Raven said that she’d like to see Mark go before Elena, but said that the house wants Elena out. Matt said that he feels the same, but said that he doesn’t know about the house wanting that. Matt said that they need to figure out where Kevin is at. Raven said that Kevin is trying to play dumb and it isn’t working. Raven added that Elena said that she heard some stuff, which Raven said makes her believe that someone is feeding her information. Matt said that their best bet this week is to keep their mouth shut.
Matt told Raven that they’re going to have to be careful when it comes to taking out Christmas because Josh isn’t going to like that. Matt said that he’s hoping they won’t have to be the ones, but said that it’ll be a huge decision when Alex and Jason have to go. Matt said that they’d have to backdoor Alex. Raven said that once they do that, Jason will be coming after them. Matt said that she agrees that they’ll need to take out Kevin before he wins an HOH. Matt explained that his ideal eviction order would be Mark, Elena, then Kevin, stating that he thinks they can control Josh. Raven said that it wouldn’t be a bad thing for Mark to win HOH and split up Alex and Jason.
2:45 PM BBT: Elena told Mark that she doesn’t think that they’re Matt and Raven’s targets, but said that those two are very easily manipulated by the majority. Elena said that they’d be in trouble if Alex and Paul got Raven alone after winning an HOH. Mark said that Matt is smarter than that. Elena said that Matt and Raven will do what the house wants, but Mark said that it’s not the house anymore, it would be 4 vs 6.
Mark told Elena that he would rather see Paul go home instead of Alex. Elena said that she’s okay with that, but said that Paul wouldn’t go because they don’t have the votes. Mark suggested that Paul being next to Kevin, with Matt and Raven on Mark and Elena’s team. Elena asked if he would backdoor Paul, to which Mark said that he wouldn’t do that to him, he would put Paul up next to Josh, then give him the chance to compete for veto. Mark reiterated to Elena that before this upcoming HOH, they need to secure that Matt and Raven have their back, then it would be 4 vs 5, with Christmas not being able to compete and Josh being incapable of winning anything.
Mark told Elena that unless Paul has a serious conversation with him before the HOH, Paul needs to go. Mark added that Paul attacking him and Elena for not defending Josh in front of everyone is what opened his eyes. Mark said that he’d make a deal with Alex and Jason, stating that Alex is a woman of her word and is loyal.
3:05 PM BBT: Paul told Matt to use the veto on Jason, Cody would then go up, and they’d have Elena still on the block like Alex wants so that Elena will squirm for the week. Matt agreed. Matt told Paul that Mark said that he’s worried about the group upstairs and said that they’re working together. Paul asked if Mark said his name, to which Matt confirmed.
3:15 PM BBT: Paul tells Christmas and Josh about Mark saying the people who were upstairs are all working together. Paul said that Mark needs to be the one to go during the double eviction. Josh agreed, then told Paul to chill when it comes to checking Kevin because he’s getting annoyed. Paul said that was the point of doing it.
5:45 PM BBT: Paul told Christmas, Jason, Josh, Kevin, and Matt that when Elena starts making the rounds trying to make sure that Cody is going home, they should tell her that they don’t know so that Elena gets paranoid, which will make Mark paranoid, and neither will compete well during the HOH. Christmas said that if it’s a double eviction, Mark needs to go before Elena. Paul said that since he knows what the pre-show is like before a double eviction, he will say a code word and they can prepare themselves.
5:55 PM BBT: Raven told Matt that she walked in on Mark and Elena talking about Paul, which she said she told Paul was the second time today that has happened. Raven said that if Mark wins, he’ll put up Paul and Josh. Matt said if Mark put up Alex and Paul, that would be worst case scenario. Matt said that if it’s a double eviction, he’d like for Mark to go home.
5:55 PM BBT: Elena told Cody that if Matt doesn’t use the veto, she’s going home. Cody said that he’s pretty sure that he’s the juiciest target.
6:35 PM BBT: Cody campaigned to Alex and Jason. You can read a recap of Cody’s entire campaign by clicking here.
7:20 PM BBT: Kevin told Jason that Cody has a five year old daughter. Jason said if that’s true, Cody is a piece of sh*t and that there is no way he isn’t voting him out tomorrow. Kevin said that the two things Cody told him not to tell anyone was that his brother died and he has a little girl. Kevin said that Cody could have made it up for sympathy, adding that Kevin’s brother is dead too and he has six kids.
9:45 PM BBT: Paul told Christmas that it’s impossible for him to win, but he said that he’s going to try to make it as far as he can with the people he wants to take. Paul explained that nobody is going to vote for him because he’s played the game before and said that he’s starting to come to terms with that. Christmas said that she thinks that Paul is doing a great job. Paul said that it’s only a matter of time before someone tries to take a shot at him, but said that he thinks a few people would back him up, citing Christmas, Josh, and possibly Matt and Raven.
10:40 PM BBT: Alex told Cody that they’re screwed if it’s a double eviction. Cody said that they would completely be rolling the dice when it comes to the first HOH. Alex explained to Cody that Jason and her would rather play as betas with the intention of striking later than going back on their word now. Cody said that without him in the house, Alex and Jason aren’t going to have the numbers unless they work with Mark and Elena. Alex said that Paul has the house united and said that if they can get enough people out and convince the others, they could possibly get Paul out. When Cody left, Alex told Jason that she was just pretending.
11:15 PM BBT: Alex told Christmas and Paul about Cody’s campaign, including Cody saying that Paul is the only one who can win at this point since he’s controlling everyone. Paul asked if he could go call Cody out, but Alex said no. Alex said that Cody mentioned their season being a dud, to which Paul attributed to Cody. Alex went on to say that Cody said that Paul has the numbers to come after her and that Paul is going to take someone easy to beat in the finals like Christmas or Josh.
