It’s double eviction day in the Big Brother house and the houseguests have no idea about it. Which means that they’re not planning for double eviction scenarios, so the fallout on the feeds from tonight’s episode has the possibility to be tremendous. Along with tonight’s fallout, we’ll also here more from John and Steve in regards to what plan they’ll choose to go with this morning, which will also set the pace for tonight’s double eviction.
9:50 AM BBT: Steve asks Julia and Liz if they were to win HOH today, they won’t put him up outright and they won’t put him as a replacement nominee. Both Liz and Julia give their word.
9:53 AM BBT: John asks if they should just go with the plan. Steve says that they should because it’s just not worth it to flip right now. Steve asks if he thinks it’s the right move to stick with the original plan. John says it is, that there isn’t a right move, but sticking with the original is their best option.
12:30 PM BBT: Liz tells Austin that if she wins, she’ll put up James and John, but if one of them win veto, she’s going to have to put up Steve even though she agreed she wouldn’t do that. Austin tells her that he’ll understand because of the given scenario. Austin tells Liz that if someone put her or Julia up with Vanessa, they’d have Steve’s vote.
12:45 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Austin that Steve had no grounds to ask for a no nomination or replacement nomination if Julia or Liz win HOH. Austin questions Vanessa if they should make a deal with James that they wouldn’t backdoor each other. Vanessa tells him that James will go back on that deal like he has before. Vanessa adds that they can hold off on making a deal with James because as long as he doesn’t nominate her with either him or the twins, they’ll be fine because they control votes. Vanessa adds that if they were to win HOH, their easiest play is to put James up with John.
1:10 PM BBT: Vanessa questioned why Steve was stressed out. Steve tells her that Austwins will be half of all the people playing in the HOH competition. Vanessa tells him that when he thinks about it, not really because Austin isn’t going to try and win. Vanessa tells him that it’s a bad idea not to take a shot at Julia now. Steve asks why. Vanessa tells him that they’ve already gone over this, that it puts them at a ‘numerically disadvantage’. Vanessa adds that she did a thesis on game theory in college, so she’s an expert on strategy, and this is the right decision.
2:50 PM BBT: Steve tells himself that Vanessa is trying to get him to do what is best for her game, and what is best for Vanessa’s game isn’t necessarily best for his game. Steve tells himself “I could just say ‘Fuck it’, I’m playing Big Brother, and flip it”.
6:00 PM BBT: Meg and James are evicted
7:00 PM BBT: Julia tells Liz that that John will be the next target and they’ll use Vanessa as the pawn. Liz tells her that they need to go after Steve before John because they can all beat John in the final two, they can’t beat Steve.
7:15 PM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that he doesn’t know if John is still good with them or not. Vanessa tells him that she believes that they are. Vanessa tells Austin that if she wins this HOH, she’ll have to put up John and Julia, with Steve being the option for the replacement nominee. Vanessa adds that Austin is going to be screwed if he wins this next HOH because if he does win, he might have to use a twin as a pawn. Austin tells her that he could nominate John and Steve, and use Julia as the pawn if needed. Vanessa tells him that it may be best if the two of them just throw it. Austin tells her that he’s worried about something going wrong, but if it’s down to Julia, they can throw it to her.
7:20 PM BBT: Austin tells Steve that he doesn’t know who to put up next to John because he can’t put up Steve because it’s too much of a risk, so he says he might have to put up Julia. Austin tells Steve that he hopes he feels the same way about not wanting to risk putting the other up. Steve agrees.
7:25 PM BBT: Vanessa tells John that if he reassures Austin that he’s going to put up the girls, Austin will likely throw the HOH.
7:30 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Steve that he thinks Austin will throw the HOH if he knows that the twins will be nominated and not him. Vanessa mentions that John said they should win this coming competition over him so that he can compete in the physical one. Steve tells Vanessa that John can’t throw it until Austin and Julia are out. Steve and Vanessa agreed that if they win HOH, they could nominate the twins, leaving Austin as the replacement nominee option.
7:35 PM BBT: Steve tells the camera that the twins are idiots for keeping John, and that will be the biggest mistake they make in the game. Steve adds that there is a 3/4 shot that someone from Austwins goes home and if he were to win the HOH, both of the twins are going up.
7:40 PM BBT: Steve and Vanessa tell John not to throw the HOH competition until Austin and Julia are out. Vanessa adds that after those two are out, it makes perfect sense to throw it.
7:42 PM BBT: Steve begins talking to himself again. He says that there is apart of him that wants to send Austin home over the twins because if they couldn’t beat Julia, there is a problem.
7:45 PM BBT: Austin tells John that he doesn’t know if he should throw it or not. John tells him to go with his gut. Austin says that if the two of them are good with each other, he might throw it to John if it comes down to them.
8:35 PM BBT: Julia tells Liz and Vanessa that if one of them win, they have to put up Steve and John. Vanessa agrees and says that is the only way to ensure that the other doesn’t vote out the pawn that they’d have to put up. Vanessa adds that they could just tell John that Steve is the backdoor target so that way he wouldn’t freak out and think that they’re breaking any deals.
8:55 PM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that he doesn’t like the odds of throwing the HOH, so he rather they just win and take the heat for what they need to do. Vanessa tells him that they should be safe regardless of who wins it. Austin agrees that they should be, but you could never know what’s going to happen.
9:10 PM BBT: Vanessa tells John that she’s been trying to distract the twins from studying for a possible memory competition because she feels confident that she knows them enough to win it.
9:35 PM BBT: Steve tells Vanessa that he’d prefer her throw it to him if it comes down to the two of them. Vanessa agreed, but asked him to swear on his mother that he wouldn’t nominate or backdoor her. Steve agreed.
10:50 PM BBT: Steve wins HOH
10:55 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Julia that she’ll be shocked if Steve nominates John since they had a final two, which means that two people from Scamper Squad would be going up.
11:00 PM BBT: Liz tells Austin that Steve better not put her up since she didn’t put him up. Austin tells her that either Julia is going up with John or she’ll be going up with Julia. Austin adds that she may need to throw out someone else’s name to hopefully stop them from being nominated together. Liz tells him that she figured Steve would put him up since he was the one to put Steve up. Austin tells her that math-wise, that wouldn’t make sense for Steve to do that.
11:10 PM BBT: Julia tells Liz that she believes both of them are going to be fine. Liz tells her that Austin said Steve will either nominate her next to John, or possibly the two of them together. Julia tells Liz that Steve definitely isn’t going to nominate her since she didn’t nominate him. Julia adds that Austin has never been nominated, which that alone is a reason for Steve to nominate him.
12:00 AM BBT: Austin tells Liz that he’s going to do everything he can to keep them off the block, get John nominated, and have Steve stick with Scamper Squad. Liz tells him that Steve knows he’s the low man on the totem pole in that alliance. Austin tells her that they can promise Steve that he’s not.
12:50 AM BBT: Vanessa asks John if he thinks putting up the twins is the best option. John tells her probably not. Vanessa agrees and says that they need to leave the weakest one from Austwins off the block so that they likely don’t win veto.
1:15 AM BBT: Austin asks Steve if he needs anything from him, because he’s going to be there for Steve because Austin says that he needs him when it comes down to final four and final three because he can do things that Austin won’t be able to. Austin adds that if he has to nominate the twins, Austin will do his best to talk down whatever twins stays from gunning for him out of revenge. Austin tells him that he could put up John and stay true to Scamper Squad. Steve tells him that he’s at the bottom of the totem pole in that alliance. Austin tells Steve that he isn’t at the bottom of the totem pole in his eyes. Steve asks Austin if he thinks he could keep whichever twin that stays from coming after him. Austin says if that is what Steve needs him to do in order to keep him from going up, that’s what he’ll do.
Steve asks what Austin would do next week if he were to win. Austin tells him that he’d put up John and Vanessa. Steve asks if he thinks the remaining twin would do the same. Austin tells him yes, that he thinks he could convince them to. Austin adds that if he has to nominate the twins, he isn’t going to hold it against him because it actually helps the both of their games. Steve tells Austin that he’s not going to be the target this week and isn’t going to be going anywhere. Austin tells Steve that he has more influence over Liz than he does Julia, as Liz will do whatever he wants her to. Steve says he knows, but he has to look at the situation that Steve is in. Steve tells Austin that splitting up the twins is best for Austin’s game too. Austin tells Steve that he knows and that he just has to think about what is best for his family back home.
1:40 AM BBT: Vanessa asks Steve what he’s thinking about doing. Steve tells her that he wants to nominate the twins. Vanessa explains to Steve that isn’t a good idea because Austin could win veto, take Liz down, then John would have to go up and Austin and Liz would control the vote. Vanessa adds that they need to keep the weakest player off the block so that even if one of nominees does win the veto, the weakest from Austwins is left as the backdoor option. Steve asks Vanessa what Julia would do if she won the veto. Vanessa tells him that she could probably convince Julia not to use it since they have the votes and could vote out Austin. Steve tells her that it’s going to be a risk by keeping Austin or Julia off the block, but agrees that keeping Julia off the block is the least risky. Vanessa adds that Austin might tell him that he will throw the veto if he doesn’t go up, but he actually will, regardless of what he says or promises. Vanessa asks if Austin is trying to get the twins nominated. Steve tells her that he is. Steve tells Vanessa that her plan to nominate Austin and Liz, then leaving Julia off the block is a smart plan that makes sense.
1:50 AM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that he’s worried about going up as the replacement nominee if both of the twins go up and one of them win veto. Vanessa tells him not to worry because he already has her word that she’d vote to keep him and he could get the same from John.
1:55 AM BBT: Julia tells Liz that Austin is sketching her out. Liz agrees and says that he’s sketching her out as well. Julia tells her that Austin will throw her under the bus if he needs to. Liz tells Julia that Steve better not put her up since she didn’t put him up. Julia tells her that the numbers are getting down, so they’re going to have to target each other sooner or later. Julia adds that it’s screwed up if they go up over Austin who has never been nominated, along with being the person who nominated Steve. Julia tells Liz that Vanessa will say anything to save herself, which is another reason why she doesn’t want to go to the finals with her. Julia adds that if they went to the final four with them two, Austin, and Vanessa, then Vanessa won the HOH, she’d put the two of them up.
2:00 AM BBT: Vanessa tells Austin that if Steve puts the twins up, he’d have to backdoor Austin because there is no other move. Vanessa tells Austin that Steve understands that he wouldn’t vote out a twin if a new replacement nominee went up. Vanessa adds that she won’t let Austin go this week and will make sure he’s safe. Austin tells her that they need to get John on board with that as well.
2:05 AM BBT: Julia tells Liz that if John doesn’t go up, it has to be Vanessa. Julia adds that she doesn’t trust Austin and it feels like he’s trying to get them nominated.
2:10 AM BBT: Austin tells Liz that based on conversations he’s had, it seems like Steve has promised both John and Vanessa safety. Austin explains to her that means that one of them have to win the veto or she has to convince Steve otherwise, or else someone from Austwins is going home.
2:30 AM BBT: Steve tells John about Vanessa’s idea of nominating Austin and Liz so that the odds of the Austwins left off the block is lowered. John tells Steve that he’s on board with that plan. John tells Steve that if a twin goes, Austin and Vanessa are likely to link up, if that hasn’t already happened. Steve asks if he thinks that’s a possibility. John says yes, that Vanessa gets all kinds of information from Austwins somehow. Steve asks if they were to get out Austin, it would cut off any possibility of Austin and Vanessa working together. John confirms. Steve asks if he wants to target Austin. John says that it’ll be better for them if they were to do that. John adds that they were team players and did want Vanessa wanted last week, so now it’s time for them to do what is best for their game. Steve tells him that he thinks he has to put up Austin and Liz.
Steve tells John that he’s worried about the remaining Austwins gunning for him next week. John tells him that he should then tell Austin that he’s in trouble and tell the twins that they’re safe. John adds that Steve can tell the twins that he controls John’s vote, that way he cuts himself a deal so that he doesn’t get gunned after in returned for their assured safety this week. John tells Steve that at least Austin has to go up because if he wins the veto, the other twin can go up in his place.
2:40 AM BBT: Austin, Julia, and Liz come to the conclusion that two of them are going on the block because John is talking with Steve but Steve didn’t want to talk with the twins. Steve tells John that Vanessa has her own version of Dan’s Mist this season. John says that he is able to tell when Vanessa is lying to him though.
2:45 AM BBT: Vanessa and Julia go over scenarios. Vanessa convinces Julia that it wouldn’t be bad to push for Austin and Liz to be nominated because they’re guaranteed to have the votes to keep Liz over Austin. Julia says that she could offer Steve not to use the veto if he doesn’t want, which is a good incentive and they could still get Austin out. Vanessa begins helping Julia work on a campaign to give to Steve about why she shouldn’t be nominated, and drop the hints about Austin and Liz as nomination possibilities.
3:00 AM BBT: Vanessa begins updating John about Julia being willing to keep the nominations the same if Austin and Liz are up, as well as everything that she’s been told in the last couple hours. Vanessa also walked John through the plan of nominating both Austin and Liz, and talked over different scenarios of different people winning veto.
3:00 AM BBT: Julia tells Steve that if she isn’t put on the block, she will vote however he wants this week, as well as do what he wants with the veto if she were to win it this week. Julia adds that even if Liz was nominated, she still wouldn’t use it if that’s what he wanted.
3:05 AM BBT: Liz tells Steve that she didn’t nominate him when she was HOH, so she hopes that he’s willing to honor that and return the favor. Liz adds that she knows that he has to do what is best for his game, but if she doesn’t go up, she’ll also vote however he wants her to.
3:30 AM BBT: Vanessa tells Steve that nominating Austin and Liz is the best plan, and just hoping to keep the nominations the same so that they can then decide which it would be better to keep based on who is more likely to win the HOH competition the following week. Steve tells Vanessa about Julia saying she wouldn’t use the veto on her sister if he didn’t want her to, and Steve says that Julia would be a fool not to use it on her. Vanessa tells him not if they’re not planning on voting Liz out. Vanessa asks Steve if Austin has any idea that he’s going up with Liz. Steve tells her that Austin knows that it’s going to be a combinations of two Austwins, he’s just not sure which. Vanessa tells Steve that if he wants to get Austin out without getting any blood on his hands, John could let it slip that Austin was wanting the twins up, then the twins would be on board with getting Austin out as well.
3:50 AM BBT: Austin asks Steve if he knows who he’s going to nominate. Steve tells him that he still doesn’t know. Austin begins telling Steve that there is zero chance that anyone from Austwins were to target him next week as the twins trust him more than they do Vanessa. Austin adds that John would be the target instead of Steve. Steve asks Austin what he thinks the best decision would be. Austin tells him that putting up the twins is the best decision, though nominating him as the replacement nominee if the veto were to be used wouldn’t be the best decision, implying that it should be Vanessa because that is the only remaining person available to use. Austin tells Steve that if he has to go up tomorrow, he’ll understand because this is a game and moves have to eventually be made.
