It’s going to be another crazy day in the Big Brother house as today is the veto meeting and an official decision will be made that will ultimately decide Meg’s fate. After the veto meeting will likely be the fallout, as well as some planning for next week. Regardless, it’ll be an entertaining day of feeds.
9:55 AM BBT: Vanessa tells James that she would love to believe the offer, but in Big Brother you have to question if deals like the one he and Meg are making are too good to be true. Vanessa adds that she’s questioning if Meg has offered everything she has because of the position that she’s in. James tells Vanessa that he really would put up Meg if he were to win HOH. Vanessa tells James that he’s always going to get thrown on the block with Meg and he’s going to be the one to go home. James tells her that he knows it’s bad for his game, but he’s doing this for Meg on a personal level. James tells Vanessa once more that if that is what comes down to the deciding factor, he really will do what he says. Vanessa tells James that he’s going to be in her exact spot and that she doubts he’d end up on the block next if Meg goes. Vanessa tells James that if there are groups in the way of people, people are going to want to break that up, which is what’s happening now. Vanessa tells him that she does believe him, but it’s only a one week deal and afterwards she is going to be his easiest target. Vanessa adds that she needs to finish the job off on getting Meg out. Vanessa tells him that she hopes he’s going to keep an open mind if he wins HOH and does what it actually best for his game.
10:35 AM BBT: Vanessa tells Meg that sending her out isn’t personal, it just had to either be James or her. Meg tells Vanessa that she wishes she (Vanessa) didn’t feel so alone in this game because she could have people if she wanted to. Meg adds that Vanessa would be doing her a favor by keeping her, making Vanessa Meg’s new top priority. Vanessa tells Meg that if she were to stay, Vanessa would go home if they were nominated together every time.
10:50 AM BBT: James tells Meg that he’s sorry and that he actually tried. Meg tells him that she knows, that there was nothing they could have said and that’s what pisses her off. Meg adds that every argument that Vanessa has, she has something that can counter it, which is making this move feel all the more personal.
11:45 AM BBT: Liz reassures Julia that she’s going to be fine, has nothing to worry about. Julia tells her that if she does go home after something goes wrong, she’s never going to forgive Vanessa. Julia leaves the conversation and Vanessa joins. Vanessa tells Liz that nominating Julia was the last thing she wanted to do, but it was the only thing that could secure Meg going home. Vanessa adds that James isn’t even going to campaign because he knows that with Meg in the house, he’s going up every week, but if he lets her be taken out, there is a shot it isn’t like that anymore.
11:50 AM BBT: James tells Meg that anything can happen because there is still John and Steve that they can work on. Meg tells her that they’re not going to vote out Julia, which is why she was chosen as the pawn.
12:35 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Austin and John that James isn’t going to campaign, and even if he does, it’s only going to be mock campaign because James knows that Meg leaving will be better for his game as he has the chance of not being put on the block every week.
2:45 PM BBT: John tells Vanessa that if him or Steve win the next HOH, they’re only going to have two people competing going into the double eviction. Vanessa tells him that they have to take out the stronger competitor. Vanessa adds that he can beat Julia and Liz at any competition, while he could never beat James or Austin. Vanessa continues by saying that out of the two, James concerns her more personally, however if John wins the HOH, she expects him to take out who is best for his game. Vanessa tells John that she doesn’t think that the double eviction competitions are something that James is going to win.
John tells Vanessa that by getting Liz out, you split up Austin and Julia, then Steve can be close with Julia, her with Austin, and he could be the one to get close to James. Vanessa asks what they’d do if Austin won the veto and took off Liz. John tells her that they’d put up James and vote out Julia. Vanessa tells him that if Julia did go next, Austin and Liz would likely link up with James. Vanessa tells him that her, him, and Steve are stronger competitors than Austwins. John tells her that it’s like that just as long as Julia is there. Vanessa tells him that the better one to take out when it comes to the twins and asks if John agrees. John tells her yes, because then they could do that split thing where they manage that people remaining. Vanessa tells him that he likes that. Vanessa tells John that if he wins HOH, his nominations will have to depend on what deals he is able to break. John tells her that he’ll break any deal except theirs. John tells Vanessa that he’s down for final 2 with her, because he doesn’t even care if she lied to him, this final 2 deal is all that he’ll have.
5:45 PM BBT: James tells Meg that if she goes, she’s going to try and work with John and Steve. Meg tells him he should try to work with Austin and John because she doesn’t trust Steve because of how close he is with Vanessa. James tells her that Austin has to realize that he’ll never win over Liz. Meg tells him that Austin knows that show too well and understands that showmances don’t get that far.
9:40 PM BBT: Austin tells Liz that they don’t have to worry too much about James winning HOH because he isn’t dumb and will want to make a deal, and James wouldn’t even nominate them, he’d nominate Vanessa and Julia, with Julia being the pawn. Austin explains to her that once Meg is gone, Julia is going to become the ultimate pawn because she hasn’t won anything. Austin adds that he won’t nominate James if he were to win HOH because there is a chance he could win veto and then there would be bad blood between them two, so he’s just going to wait until after the veto, see who wins it, then backdoor James if given the chance. Liz questions what Steve will do. Austin tells her that regardless of his friendship with John, Steve will still put him up because Steve wouldn’t want to break up Scamper Squad.
11:15 PM BBT: James and Meg agree that if Vanessa and Steve were to end up on the block together, Austwins would take that opportunity to get Vanessa out because they like Steve as well. James tells Meg that on top of getting out Vanessa, he’ll take out “Vanessa’s pet” Steve. Meg tells him that maybe John would take out Vanessa as well. James tells her that John likely has bigger fish to fry than Vanessa.
1:10 AM BBT: Meg tells John that she doesn’t have any issue with going home, what she has an issue with is that this feels like a personal move, not a game move. Meg and John begin to discuss who they’d nominate and the reasons for needing to do it. John tells her that he can just say that they evicted him, so that’s why they’re going to go up. John adds that he’s ready to put up Steve and Vanessa. Meg is surprised, but continues to tell John about Austwins pushing to get him nominated this week instead of Julia. Meg adds that Vanessa targets duos, so she looks at her and James as a duo, and she looks at John and Steve as a duo.
2:20 AM BBT: James tells Austin that he doesn’t hold grudges, he was angry at Vanessa, but they hashed it out and they’re all good now. Austin tells James that if he were to win HOH, it wouldn’t be in his best interest to put James up, so that’s not what he’ll do. James and Austin begin going over scenarios for who they’d each have to look out for. James tells Austin that the only people Austin would have to look out for would be John, Steve, and James himself. Austin tells James that he’d like to keep working together, as he’s not going to be like Clay and fall on his own sword, that he knows he cannot protect three people forever.
3:50 AM BBT: Meg tells James that she feels like Austin is trying to get her to stay. James tells her that means if they could just get John on board. Meg tells him that she had a talk with him earlier tonight and she thinks he already is on board. James tells Meg that this plan might sound a little crazy, but they could get Austin to vote out Julia, then they could blame it all on Steve. James explains that John will also be on board because he doesn’t like Steve. James adds that Austin will jump on the chance to blame it all on Steve and if they play up how good of TV it would make, Austin will probably be all about doing it. James tells her that nobody will believe what Steve says if they blame it on him because they can spend the next couple days spending a lot of time with Steve. Meg tells him that she’s impressed by this plan and thinks it could work. James tells her that the only way that it wouldn’t work is if Austin and Steve have some secret alliance that they don’t know about. James tells her that they’ll hang out with Steve all day tomorrow, then tell Austin about the plan tomorrow night.
