It’s eviction day in the Big Brother house, and unlike the previous evictions, today it will come down to the wire. John isn’t giving up and has spent all morning and parts of the early afternoon campaigning. We’ll get to see how that goes, as well as discussions later tonight about who the new HOH will nominate. We’re in for another great day of entertainment and possibly chaos.
9:45 AM BBT: Wake up call
9:50 AM BBT: John begins campaigning to Meg. John tells her that Steve is Autswins’ lap dog and they were stupid enough to nominate him, so now would be the chance to get him out. Meg tells John that her and Vanessa were arguing in favor of keeping him, while Austwins were adamant about keeping Steve. John tells Meg about his final 2 deal with Steve, along with his final 5 deal with Austwins, him, and Steve. John tells her that if he stays, he’ll throw the HOH competition, volunteer to go up, and even throw the veto competition if that’s what they want. John tells her that if they don’t flip the script this week, it could be James who goes next.
10:00 AM BBT: Meg send James in to talk with John. John runs over the same things he did with her, telling him about his final 2 deal with Steve, and about the final 5 with Austwins and Steve. John tells James that if they were to flip the script this week, it would be them four going into the HOH competition tonight vs only Liz and Julia, but if they keep Steve, Steve will come after James. John tells James that the deal Austwins wanted him to make was to nominate the returning juror and either him or Meg as the pawn. James tells John that the only way this can work is if he’s able to get Vanessa on board.
10:05 AM BBT: Meg tells James that she doesn’t like this Cloak & Dagger kind of talk, she wishes they could just have a straight up talk. James tells her that he’s worried about this possibly being a set up that Vanessa can use against them later. James tells Meg about the deal for John to nominate the returning juror, along with one of them two. James adds that they’re being targeted and he knew it. James tells her that the information they got from John seems accurate when you look back on things such as the Steve and Vanessa fight over some alliance they didn’t know about.
10:15 AM BBT: Austin tells James and Meg that he promised everyone was going to be voting to keep Steve. Meg tells her that she doesn’t know because she’s getting weird vibes from Steve right now.
10:20 AM BBT: James and Meg realize that Austin was defending Steve and acting nervous when Meg was starting to question him. James tells her that they got to get their hands dirty at some point. James and Meg agree that if Vanessa is on board, this flip is doable. James tells Meg that this proves there is multiple five person deals that have been made by Austwins. Meg questions if they should tell Vanessa about Austin creating a Brass Tacks between only them five and purposely leaving her out.
Vanessa joins their conversation shortly later. Meg tells her that they’re about ready to blow everything up. Vanessa tells James and Meg that if it’s true about a Brass Tacks alliance being created to purposely not include her, she’s down to do whatever they want. Vanessa tells them that she has an idea and just needs to sit on this for a moment.
10:40 AM BBT: Liz and Julia tell Austin about James and Meg meeting with John. Austin tells them that they need to go to James and Meg, then lie and say that John made the same pitch to them about staying.
10:50 AM BBT: John tells James that he’s ready to make a move when given the chance. James tells John that Vanessa is critical because without her, they don’t have the numbers. John tells him that he understands and that if they can’t get Vanessa on board, they should just vote him out. John tells James that if this doesn’t go according to plan and Liz somehow manages to win the HOH all by herself, he’ll take the brunt of everything and be the fall guy.
1:15 PM BBT: Meg tells James that she just wants to talk with Austwins and ask them about all of this. James tells her that they can’t ride on Austin’s coattails much longer. Meg tells him that Steve could only come after them if he were to win, and that if one of them two can win HOH, they can put up Austwins or Steve. Meg tells James that she wants to go talk with Austin about this because she doesn’t want to rock the boat with their alliance.
1:18 PM BBT: Meg tells Austin about the five person alliance between Austwins, John, and Steve that they just learned about. Austin tells them that alliance isn’t real and it’s just him and the twins telling Steve and Vanessa whatever they want to hear. Austin adds that him and the twins picked them two that they want to work with over both Steve and Vanessa. Meg tells them that as long as they have their backs, they’ll stick with the plan. Liz tells her that they do. Austin promises James and Meg that if Steve does win HOH, he’ll put up a fight to keep them off the block.
1:25 PM BBT: Meg tells Steve that she’s worried about him possibly being used by Austwins to get James out, though she doesn’t believe he’d do it. Steve tells Meg that more people have shot themselves in the foot by saying too much rather than not saying enough, which is why he chose the style of game play that he has. Meg tells Steve that her and James trust him and that they all have the understanding that they’ll go against whoever returns from jury. James joins their conversation. James and Meg begin telling Steve about what John has been saying in his campaign plea. Steve asks how Austwins could be using him if they put him in this spot. Meg tells him by getting him to agree to a deal of him doing whatever they want if they keep him this week. Steve tells them that the only deals he has are ones where people were reciprocating from his HOH, which are now all done.
1:35 PM BBT: Meg tells James that she’s comfortable with Steve now. James tells her that Steve lied and that he knew about the five person alliance between him, John, and Austwins. Vanessa comes to talk with the two of them and tells them that flipping right now would be too risky.
1:45 PM BBT: Meg tells John that they’re not going to be able to flip the votes, so he’s the one who is going to be evicted tonight.
1:50 PM BBT: Meg joins Austin and Vanessa in the lounge to tell them that she let John know that he won’t be staying, though John still thinks it all comes down to Vanessa’s vote still. Vanessa tells Austin that she’ll go hear John out, though he shouldn’t let the twins get nervous about it. Austin warns her that John is the most dangerous houseguest ever.
2:00 PM BBT: Vanessa tells John that she’s sorry, she tried, but she’s only one person. Vanessa asks John if he’d of been loyal to Steve over Becky. John tells her that he would have been loyal to Becky. Vanessa asks him if Becky is trustworthy. John tells Vanessa that Becky is, that she had a better game than Steve, and that she kept her mouth closed when given information. John tells Vanessa that after his talk with James and Meg, he doesn’t feel like they have a deal with Austwins. Vanessa tells him that she still thinks they do. John tells Vanessa that she can likely work with James and Meg moving forward because the two of them are ready for a power shift.
2:45 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Austin, Liz, and Steve that John tried to trick her into confirming a 5 person alliance between them four and Julia, but she didn’t do it. Vanessa explains that John claimed Steve told him about the five person alliance because he hoped she’d be the one to confirm it.
6:25 PM BBT: John is evicted by a 5-0 vote
7:15 PM BBT: Liz tells Julia and Austin that she’s freaking out because Vanessa better put up John even though she offered him a deal. Austin tells her that John was an idiot and didn’t accept it, so she doesn’t owe him anything. Liz tells them that John needs to get out of the house. Austin tells her that he will be because his fate is sealed unless he wins HOH. Liz tells Juila that she’s nervous now because John has a vengeance against them for no reason. Liz says that John is done and shouldn’t even unpack his bags.
7:25 PM BBT: Austin tells James and Meg that John saying ‘I gotta do what I gotta do’ during the HOH competition was him saying that he’d be gunning for Austwins. Austin adds that John is an idiot for not taking Vanessa’s deal, even though she wouldn’t of honored it. Austin tells the two of them that Vanessa has no reason to honor anything with John. Austin adds that he wants to call John out in front of the entire house.
7:30 PM BBT: Meg asks James if he thinks they’re going to be okay. James asks why wouldn’t they be. Meg tells him that she might be the replacement nominee if someone wins veto. James tells her that Vanessa might go after Austwins because she isn’t going to be able to win 4 HOHs in a row if she takes them to final 5 or final 4.
7:35 PM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that John basically said out loud to everyone that he was going to come after Austwins, so Austin said he wanted to go after John’s throat and confront him about that, but decided to hold himself back. Austin changes his original comment and tells her that John basically said he was coming after all four of them and that’s why he didn’t take her deal. Austin adds that John has officially become a kamikaze and the only reason he reentered the house is to kill himself and see who he can take down with him. Vanessa tells Austin that she has to do what is best for her game, but says that him or the twins won’t touch the block. Austin tells her that there is no reason why Scamper Squad can’t win it all now.
7:38 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Steve that Austwins are going to want her to take out John, but says she doesn’t know if that is the best option because her, him, and John can’t beat Austwins in any competitions if working together.
7:50 PM BBT: Steve tells John that this outcome is good and asks if he trusts Vanessa. John tells him that he seriously does and asks Steve if he trusts Vanessa too. Steve says that he does and they’ll need to talk with her later.
7:55 PM BBT: Steve begins talking to himself and says that a final 3 with him, John, and Vanessa isn’t bad because the best final 3 is when you’re aligned with both people. Steve went on to say that he’d take John to the final 2 with him because he’d be easier to beat compared to Vanessa.
8:20 PM BBT: Vanessa asks John if he fell off on purpose. John tells her yes, and that the reason he didn’t take her deal is because he didn’t want to publicly make a deal with her life that. Vanessa tells him that makes sense and that they need to keep their fake feud going so that people don’t know they’re close. Vanessa adds that Austwins just assume that she’s going to put him up, but in reality that don’t know what’s going on.
8:25 PM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that John declining her deal was a declaration of war right in her face. Austin adds that John only came back into the game to go back out but take down as many people with him as he can, which is the opposite of how you’re supposed to play. Austin continues by saying that John now has to win veto for the rest of the game if he wants to stay. Vanessa tells them that John mentioned that they two of them needed to keep their feud going. Vanessa adds that she’s going to do what she has to do with this HOH, whatever is best for her game. Vanessa tells Austin, Liz, and Julia that leaving in Steve and John is a duo for them because they’re workable and will be a shield for them.
8:40 PM BBT: Austin questions John about his comment he made about doing what he has to do this week. John tells him that it wasn’t anything personal and it was just all game. Austin begins explaining that him sending him out last week was all game too, so he understands. Austin tells John that he hopes they can start over. John says that they can and that it was just all game.
8:45 PM BBT: After his conversation with John, Austin told Vanessa that sometimes it’s nice to be the bigger person. Vanessa tells Austin, Liz, and Julia that James and Meg were the only people not to congratulate her on her HOH win, which is suspicious. Julia asks who Vanessa thinks she might nominate. Vanessa tells her that John and Steve can be protection for them, so she’s thinking James and Meg because they might feel good about them, but she doesn’t. Vanessa adds that targeting James and Meg is just the better game move. Austin tells her that they can try to convince James and Meg that they’re just a pawn and says that they never sat down with James and Meg to agree to go after the returning juror.
Vanessa begins telling Austwins about how James and Meg failed the trust test earlier today because they were willing to get out Steve to keep John if she was on board, and that James said that he liked the twins, but it’s game, which is saying that he’d take a shot at them. Austin says that must have been why James tried so hard to win HOH last week. Vanessa says she’s willing to put her hand on the bible that James and Meg were willing to flip if she told them that she was down to do it. Vanessa adds that she’s willing to nominate James and Meg outright and tell them that it’s just a game move. Austin tells her that if James wins veto, John would have to go up. Vanessa agrees, and says that getting Meg out wouldn’t be a bad thing either because she has a good social game and wouldn’t want Meg floating to the end, just to take one of them out later on. Vanessa adds that Meg has been the one who has been talking crap about everyone all game long.
9:25 PM BBT: Liz and Julia tell Vanessa that it’s Austin that wants to work with James and Meg so bad, that the two of them were wanting James taken out last week, so they’re on board with her plan. Vanessa tells them that they have to get James out because he’ll beat all of them in the final 2.
9:30 PM BBT: James tells Meg that it doesn’t matter who goes up with John because he’s going to be the main target no matter what. Meg tells him that there is no reason for Vanessa to send one of them home when there is still John and Steve in the house.
9:50 PM BBT: Austin tells Liz and Julia that they need to lie to Vanessa and tell her about the Brass Tacks that was made without her, but they need to say that it was James and Meg’s idea, not his. Julia insists that they don’t because it’s stupid, it doesn’t matter, and they had a valid cause to do so.
9:55 PM BBT: Julia tells Liz that the entire Brass Tacks alliance without Vanessa was his fault, which is why he’s scrambling to cover himself now. Julia adds that Austin doesn’t even care about winning, he only cares about his wrestling career, so she’s not going to put her game at risk for him.
10:00 PM BBT: Austin tells Vanessa that James and Meg insisted that they create a Brass Tacks without her included, so they had to go along with it. Vanessa tells him that Meg already told him about it earlier this morning, but says that she understands why he had reason to question her loyalty. Vanessa changes the subject to final 4 and beyond. Vanessa tells Austin that she can’t imagine him taking her to the final 2 over Liz. Austin tells her that he might just bow out if it’s them 3 because the jury would hate him for picking Vanessa over Liz to go to the final 2. Austin tells Vanessa that if it came down to her and Julia, he’d keep her and evict Julia. Vanessa begins explaining to Austin that the money difference with one twin gone is small and they’d be able to make it up somehow, but it would be better for the twins game if only one of them were in the game.
10:25 PM BBT: Austin tells Liz and Julia that he told Vanessa about the Brass Tacks that was made that didn’t include her, but it turned out that Meg had already threw them under the bus by telling her earlier this morning. Austin tells them that Vanessa is understanding though and isn’t mad at them for it, so they’re 100% in tight with Vanessa again like they originally were. Liz tells Julia that since Meg and James screwed them, the only people she trusts is her, Austin, and Vanessa.
11:15 PM BBT: Vanessa tells Austwins that she’d have to nominate both James and Meg together because if one was on the block while the other wasn’t, they could use the veto on each other. Vanessa tells them that John would be the replacement nominee if they needed won, but she’d prefer they win veto and keep the nominations the same. Austin tells her that James and Meg considering keeping John last week is enough for them to nominate the two of them. Vanessa tells them that James and Meg’s social game is strong, while John and Steve’s aren’t, so it would be dumb to go after those two now. Vanessa adds that leaving John and Steve in the game is leaving two targets that’ll be gunned after before them. Liz tells Vanessa that she’s on board with her plan and has been wanting to take out James since the beginning. Vanessa tells them that they need to make John feel good, not like their number six in the alliance.
11:30 PM BBT: James and Meg agree that Vanessa can’t take Austwins much further because otherwise Austwins will just vote her out. Meg tells him that Vanessa told her earlier that she knows Austwins have to be broken up. James tells her that there is two power duos in the house between Austin and Liz, then Liz and Julia, so if you wanted to split both up, Liz would be the one to take out. Meg tells him that she’ll be pissed if they get targeted before Austwins considering they haven’t done nearly the damage that Austwins have. James tells her that it comes down to who they think they can control the most. James tells her that he kinda wants to work with John. Meg tells him that they can’t this week.
11:40 PM BBT: Liz tells Vanessa that James and Meg have been kept safe by them for two weeks, so they’re done doing that and the two of them can stop riding their coattails. Liz adds that when she talks with Meg and James, she should do it separate from each other because Meg will do all the talking if she talks with them two together. Vanessa tells Austwins that she’s not even going to warn James and Meg that they’re going up, she’s just going to do it, then explain afterwards.
11:55 PM BBT: Julia tells Vanessa that she’d of never of been close with James if it wasn’t for Austin. Vanessa tells her that it’s because Julia and Liz have her, so Austin wants to keep James safe so that he has a bro. Vanessa and Julia agree to take each other to the final 3, as long as Liz isn’t an option to be taken.
12:00 AM BBT: Vanessa asks James and Meg about what their perception is in regards to John accepting her deal or not that she offered during the HOH competition. Meg tells her that John didn’t accept the deal and that he fell off accidentally, not jumping off like someone who accepts a deal would. Vanessa tells them that her mind is open to making a big move, so if they have any information to share, now would be the time. James tells her that their biggest concern is the amount of final 5 deals and he doesn’t know which one people are being true to. Vanessa tells them that there isn’t a final 5 between her, Austwins, Steve, and John because that was only John shooting in the dark.
Vanessa asks them how they feel about being pawns. Meg tells her that nobody likes to be a pawn. Meg adds that going up as a pawn is scary because there numbers are not in their favor. Vanessa tells them that she’s just not comfortable with putting Steve up again because he was just nominated. James tells her that if one of them has to go up, he’d prefer it to be him over Meg. Meg begins crying, telling him to stop and not to do that for her. James tells Vanessa that it’s just whoever she decides will be okay. Meg tells her that game wise, not emotionally, she rather be the pawn on Thursday because she’d be safer than James would be. James and Meg both give Vanessa their word that if she doesn’t put them up, neither of them will gun for her if they win HOH.
12:35 AM BBT: Vanessa tells Steve that he’s her number two, the only person she has a final 2 deal with, so he cannot screw her over again or else she seriously will turn on him this time. Vanessa asks Steve if he thinks the best option would be to take out James and Meg, then have the two of them and John face off against Austwins. Steve tells her that he does think it’s the best option. Vanessa tells him that the three of hem are better competitors than Austwins and she believes that they can make it far. Vanessa tells Steve that she knew James and Meg were just jumping at the chance to take a shot at Austwins, so that whole “trust test” this morning was just so that she could prove it to Austwins.
12:50 AM BBT: Vanessa tells John and Steve that she couldn’t ask for a better three person deal between them and that she is ready to go from the bottom to the top. Vanessa tells John that Austwins want to hear that he’ll go after whoever remains from James and Meg, so that is what he needs to tell them so that he can ease their mind. Vanessa asks John who the better pawn would be if James or Meg were to come off the block. John says Julia. Vanessa says she thinks it would be Liz because that would secure at least Julia and Austin’s vote. John tells her that he believes that Meg might actually be the better person to get out this week. Vanessa tells him that she agrees. Vanessa tells John to act like he accepted the deal during the HOH competition, so that way she has cause to nominate James and Meg. Vanessa finishes by telling him that she’d actually prefer James to go because they wouldn’t have to worry about Meg winning anything.
1:10 AM BBT: Julia tells tells Austin and Liz that John hates them the most out of everyone, so they need him to be the one to go this week instead of Meg. Vanessa joins Austwins and tell them that it’s better for her to just blindside Meg and James, then explain later. Vanessa adds that they need to try and win veto so that they can keep the nominations the same.
