It was a pretty hectic morning in the Big Brother 16 house due to a houseguest having a medical emergency. It was the main topic of discussion as everyone sat around waiting for the veto competition to begin.
11:14 AM BBT – Victoria is moaning in pain while in the bathroom. Nicole opens the door and finds Victoria collapsed on the floor. Nicole yells for Derrick’s help then the feeds are cut as the doctor on staff enters the house.
12:40 PM BBT – Victoria is being seen by the medical team that CBS has on-hand. Caleb and Derrick are alone in the living room. They’re discussing possible scenarios that could happen with Victoria’s medical emergency. They say she’ll be back in the house soon if it’s not too serious but if it is, she’ll probably be admitted into the hospital and won’t be back until tomorrow.
Derrick says if they asked if everyone was OK with Victoria being gone for one night, they’d say yes because it’s a benefit having Victoria in the house to use as a pawn and soft target. Derrick adds that it wouldn’t be terrible if she were to be out of the game and hopes that she’ll at least allowed at the jury house cause “she deserves that.”
1:55 PM BBT – Victoria emerges from the DR. She was seen by the doctors, given an IV drip, and was told she won’t be able to compete in the veto this evening.
2:15 PM BBT – Christine and Victoria are talking over what happened this morning. Victoria is laughing and in a lot better spirits.
12:30 PM BBT – Donny brings Derrick into the storage room to inform him on their new Team America task. They get to create their own mission, then America gets to vote on whether it’s worthy of being completed or not. Donny suggests that the mission be “Save Donny” where they can either throw the veto to him, or talk someone into using the veto on him. Derrick doesn’t think America would vote for that mission to be completed.
2:53 PM BBT – Donny informs Frankie about their new Team America task. Donny tells him that the mission could be as simple as throwing the veto to him or Frankie winning the veto, not using it, and getting the votes to save him.
3:00 PM BBT – POV Played are picked. Cody, Donny, Nicole, Christine, Derrick and Frankie will be competing while Caleb hosts. Derrick and Frankie go to the ‘have-not’ room to discuss their mission. Both Derrick and Frankie agree that they are not going to use this mission to save Donny. Derrick wants it to be another fun mission.
Derrick tells Frankie that if they did influence the votes so that Donny stayed, Donny wouldn’t be coming after them anymore. Frankie agrees. Derrick then tries to say that Donny does nothing but throw them under the bus but Frankie says they do the same thing to him. Derrick say he’s “learning towards the saboteur route” with this week’s mission.
4:20 PM BBT – It’s time for the veto competition.
6: 15 PM BBT – Cody has won the POV.
6:45 PM BBT – Donny and Frankie are in the storage room discussing their Team America mission. Frankie tells Donny that he wants it’s to be something fun like a “Big Brother Play” but Donny says he was hoping they would collectively want the mission to be to save him because they were all voted in Team America for a reason and America would want that. Frankie says they have the power to do that already so they shouldn’t waste a mission on it.
7:25 PM BBT – Derrick and Frankie are alone to discuss the Team America mission. Frankie runs the idea of doing a fun mission. Derrick tells him that America wouldn’t want it to be a fun mission because they want drama. Frankie says they will because it’ll be a “gift” to them and reminds him that Ariana’s fans wouldn’t vote against what he wanted.
8:05 PM BBT – Cody, Donny, and Nicole go into the HOH room to watch the premiere of CBS’s new show “Scorpion”.
12:30 AM BBT – Derrick and Frankie are discussing their Team America mission in the living room. Derrick tells Frankie that the easiest way to earn the $5,000 is to flip the votes and they have the power to do so. Frankie refutes and tells him that it is too risky. Derrick agrees and backs down from the idea of saving Donny.
12:45 AM BBT – Derrick and Donny have a talk in the fire room. Donny tells Derrick that last week he (Derrick) was reassuring him that he was safe but this week nobody has said anything about it to him. Derrick is honest and tells him things aren’t looking too good. Donny says he doesn’t know what he did to turn people against him and Derrick tells him that people know what a nice guy he is and they fear there is no way he could be beat in the Final 2. Frankie joins and brings up their Team America mission. Derrick tells him that America wants something that will cause drama and Frankie says that’s not true, that America wants it to be fun and simple so it’s easy money for them.
Frankie tells Donny that they cannot use the mission to save Donny because the active rolls that both Frankie and Derrick would have to play could ruin their games. Donny brings up “Operation Revolving Door” from Big Brother 3, when houseguests came up with the plan to send the returning houseguest right back to jury the week after they returned. Frankie tells him that they cannot do that because it won’t meet the mission deadline which is monday and they couldn’t save him by then. Frankie then gets Derrick and Donny to agree to the “BB Broadway” that they will put on tomorrow night during Big Brother: After Dark.
1:20 AM BBT – Derrick and Donny share a moment. They’re both starting to cry and Donny walks out of the room. Derrick continues to tear up as Victoria walks in and asks him what’s wrong. He tells her that he feels bad for Donny because Donny is such a good guy and he has to vote him out.
